10. Custom Manufacturing & Private Label Orders

We offer custom manufacturing, OEM, and private label services for towel- and sock-related products.

For custom-made or personalized products:

  • Production begins after approval of specifications and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, designs, logos, colours, and specifications before production.

  • Custom-made products generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they are defective or do not conform to the agreed specifications.

11. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Orders)

Consumers located within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from eligible distance purchase contracts within 14 days of receiving their goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

This right does not generally apply to:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized products

  • Goods made to customer specifications

  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once unsealed, where permitted by law

To exercise your withdrawal rights, please contact us before returning any items.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns must comply with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Returned products should:

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Include all accessories and documentation

  • Be returned within the applicable return period

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or where the return results from our error.
